1.Approval of the regulations of the extraordinary general meeting of shareholders of JSC «Qo’qonspirt».
2.On the commitment to comply with the recommendations of the corporate governance rules of JSC «Qo’qonspirt».
3.Approval of the notification form to the commitment to comply with corporate governance rules in the activities of JSC «Qo’qonspirt».
4.Approval of the regulations of the «Executive body» of JSC «Qo’qonspirt» in a new edition.
Registration of shareholders begins from 13-00 hours to 13-45 hours, November 29, 2019. To participate in a shareholders' meeting, individuals must submit an identity document (passport), representatives of shareholders with a notarial trusted document, legal entities with power of attorney.
Date of formation of the register of shareholders entitled to participate in the General Meeting of Shareholders: November 25, 2019 year.
