According to the assessment of the corporate governance system of the company for 2020 the State Enterprise “Central Securities Depository” submitted a report, conclusion and recommendations on improving the efficiency of the corporate governance system of the company №11-1262 dated March 17, 2021.
Based on the assesment of the level of corporate governance system final score is 924 points and according to the Central Securities Depository, the level of the corporate governance system of JSC «QO’QON BIOCHEMICAL» by the results of the assessment for 2020 is considered “high”.
